Instructions to fill the online application
Your first step is to make a registration. Once you have registered, the Application number will come to the given phone number.
Use this application number as user id and your date of birth as password to go to the application page
The payment along with the application will be Rs 600.00 INR (non refundable)
You will be able to pay the amount using any online option – debit card, credit card, internet banking & UPI
The documents must be pdf, jpeg or JPG format and except profile photo and signature to be less than 1024 kb and photos 1024 kb for uploading
1. Application is to be filled up and the necessary documents uploaded and fees submitted online
2. Do not send any original documents in the post.
3. ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS CAN BE CONSIDERED.
4. If you are awaiting your +2 results, you may upload it as soon as it is available. Your hall ticket will be uploaded after that, if eligible.
5. The College Leaving Certificate (CLC) will be required compulsorily ONLY after selection to the course and not with the application form.

- Recent clear photograph
- Your signature photograph
- Caste Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Payment of Rs 600/- to be done
There will be an entrance test for the Selection Process
- Be present on the given date and time in the College of Nursing with all your original documents.
- Bring all the original annexure forms duly filled up :
- Personal Reflections (Annexure I)
- Principal's Recommendation (Annexure II)
- Physical fitness certificate from a qualified doctor (Annexure III)
- Pastor's Recommendation – if you are a church member(Annexure IV)
- On selection to the course – immediately submit all original documents and four photocopies of all certificates and deposit an admission fee of Rs. 2600/- (which includes X-Ray, Lab tests, Hepatitis B vaccination, Physical checkup, etc.) immediately. This deposit is in order to hold your seat.
- The parents or legal guardians must accompany the candidate on the day of interview/admission.
- THE DECISION OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE WILL BE FINAL.
- The wait-listed candidates are requested to please check your position with the Principal for further information.
- Admission to the hostel is on Sept 30th and classes will begin on Oct 1st
